1) Please read Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins.
2) See 'you can heal your life' by Louise Hay on you tube.
3) See 'you can heal your life Study Course' by Louise Hay on you tube.
One of my friends took help of an NLP psychologist for this concern. There is no harm in meeting a psychologist or counselor near your area.
You may also join some Public Speaking or Personality Enhancement classes near your house.
