Hello all,
I am working as a graphic designer from last 4 years. as well as also completing my graduation this year in may.
I planned for MBA in HR management. as currently im working in the sales and marketing as a part of it my friends and co-workers are suggesting me to do MBA in marketing but i think i will not comfortable and flexible with the marketing and i will use my efficiency and quality\'s in HR. so please advice me what should be fair decision for me for career

Hi,
I am of the opinion that career oriented education decision must be taken inline with your personnel interest.
Having worked as Graphic designer, what strikes me is that why are you not graduating further in designer field. Why don't you give a try to think that line.
Besides, remember, Marketing does not mean always "on the street job below SUN". With world today on UR "Desktop", one can still do "marketing" with much ease. Concept marketing would be just a fine mactch to your existing job. Huge demand exist in Telecom industry, film industry, animation, corporate PR, advertising and so many.....
Remember, corporate growth with high position and remuneration is faster in Marketing.
