Dear Jaydeep, you have to send him a initial communication that " as per the attendance records of the company it is identified that the you are not attending to the duties from ___ to ___, therefore you are called upon to give a written explanation for unauthorized absence with in 48hrs from the date of receipt of this letter, in absence of which your case will be handed over to the legal department for further process. pl note a line of caution "company management is not responsible for the action taken on you by the legal department", therefore in your personal interest you are advised to meet the undersigned within the time limit specified herein."
If the employee do not respond to this you will have to proceed further as indicated in the SCN (Show Cause Notice). any further clarification required you may feel free to call me on 9959264333
