Dear all
Just to share with those who are not aware of - EDLI ( Employee deposit linked insurance 0 where the organisation pays 0.51% of basic along with PF for employee insurance, this can be shifted to an insurance company with atleast 5-6 times more benefit at lesser cost . This is approved by RPFC .

its already incorporated under section 17 2B the EPF & MP Act. if any employer or establishment providing better benefit to their employee, in terms of accidents, then he can applied for exemption under the act.
