I have recently joined as an Executive - HR at an advertising agency with strength of around 40. We are based in Gujarat. The staff is quite young. I wanted few suggestions to celebrate Uttarayan (Makar Sankranti) in creative way as it totally different from standard organisation.
Makar Sankranti celebration are quite grand in gujarat as compared to other regions/states. Kindly share some insight and do help.

Get the "insight" from your 40 staff. They are the best people to tell you what they want. Once they have given their input, you then go about determining which is feasible (eg. within certain budget, acceptable by management, etc). Carrying out suggestion(s) made by staff improves communication and employee satisfaction. It is also one of the way to improve employee engagement.
