Dear Mr. Nilesh Patel,

Organizations mostly have professional guidelines of behavior, called a code of conduct. A code of conduct provides general and specific rules that outline acceptable to the company and employee behavior. A code of conduct is interlinked with a code of ethics, conversely is much more general and resciprocated to specifics.

For example, a code of conduct would say, "do not copy in examination," while an ethical code would say, "respect others if you want to be repected."

Former is a rule and the later is specific.

Ethics can be followed whenyou pick up more of any ethical action to be followed.

- Try to segregate and work on the quality life of the employees, safety, honesty and right to privacy.

- Fixing the problem in your company.

- You may also make use of the specific circumstanes that you're dealing with.

Please refer to the following link and I'm sure you would aptly originate a newer one with superlative thoughts. <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )
