Hi Rohit,
Thnx for sharing this presentation. Just want to check what do you think can be the best salutation in any business communication. I was told to use Hi or Hi "First Name" or Hi "Mr/Ms Last Name"
Does it get personal if we use Dear as salutation? Waiting for your reply.

Nicely done! I would encourage you to create a sequel, with more professional in-depth issues, and example letters. You can even build a trainig on them.

PPT is really helpful. I need help regarding said topic. I work as a Manager - HR with one Pvt. Ltd. ITES company. Our employee strength is 70+. I want to create email writing policy for company.
We are facing issues, such as, any employee shoot emails to director and other senior managers regarding any pending common things. Purposely involving other members in the cc list to let them know whats going on with them.
Is there any such way where I should make policy in which Employee will be properly guided for writing emails to only respective reporting managers or departments.
Thanks
Milind
