Please tell me if i have been told that i will be given 30,000 consolidated salary. What ll deductions from this will be made.
Also, does it include hra, medical allowance, convenience allowance.
Is it possible that a company does not pay HRA to an employee

It is employer's previlege to strcuture the salary of employees. Thus all those allowances, as MR.Pon said form part of the salary.However,HRA may be manadtory if there is state Act making it compulsory to pay , otherwise it is not mandatory. So far as deductions are concerned, all statutory contributions like EPF,ESI ,Labour Fund,professional Tax,TDS(if youa recoming under tax net) loan instalments,if any are complusory. You can also authorise ceratin deductions like Insurance premium etc.
