Dear Mr Murthy, I would have appreciated it , if you had given me an answer to my question and not tried to promote your company and its services on my post. Thank You.

Dear Sir,
This appraisal is being formulated for and NGO. It comprises 22 office staff. The structure is as follows:
Programme Staff
Administrative staff
Drivers
Peons
This is a rough structure of the organization.
If you need any more details please do let me know.
Thank You.

Dear Blue Bell,
You need to split organisation's goal into various department's goals. These are nothing but KRAs for each department. Based on the department's KRAs, you need to draw individual KRAs.
You have not given description of your industry, what is your product or service etc. However, it is very difficult to find out the contributions of individual employee towards an organisation's goal.

As Dinesh Divekar has aptly said, you have not given enough information. If one of the goals of your organisation is to keep the costs down, then you can assess if drivers are achieving that or not when they use the vehicles. For example, kindly take a look at http://www.mastercard.com/us/busines..._Practices.pdf
