All Dear Seniors, I want to know that, is any circumstances, where any organization is exempted from EDLI Contribution.

If the eployer provide better benefinits than he EDLI, they may be exempted. They need not pay the admin charge of 0.01%, but have to pay an inspection charge of 0.005% to EPF. Abbas.P.S

Thank you very much for your kind guidance sir, but how can we ensure that a contractor is giving better benefits to the employees. Because, one of our contractor is contributing as you have mentioned above. And you have mentioned that, they need not to contribute the admin charges, but what about the contribution in a/c 21 {.5%}?
