how to fill the form 19 & 10c, please help me.

Dear Sahana,
You just have to fill general info about the employee like Name,Add,PF no,Date of leaving ,Bank acc no. etc .the sign of an employee must be on revenue stamp.Along with the form necessary doc must be attached that consist of Form 5 & Form 10 ,annual return form i.e 3A (of employee contribution) and copy of pass book (signed & Stamped of employer).

I have a small query. Do we need to sign under the column declaration of non-employment even if we have joined a new co? Could you please send me the guidelines/instructions to fill Form 19 and Form 10C.

Dear Sahana,
As per EPF act 1952,the pf amount is deposited in concerned employees a/c only after 2 months,this 2 months are seen as unemployment ,in other words one can only extract his/er pf amount when that employee is unemployed for min 2 months.In other cases he can withdraws his entire amount is mentioned below:-
1.VRS
2.Total disability/partial disability(unfit to work)
3.Permanently migrated to abroad.
4.Superannuation

In Forms 19 and 10C of P.F. Claims, instructions will be also supplied as how to fill the forms.
Simply one should follow. OR Please take information required from the claimant and fill the
columns. All are simple formats, no need to worry.
