I have been doing a volunteering job in an NGO without having any designation and When I asked my organisation that what is my designation, I got reply that "in NGOs there cant be any specific job role and designation". Now what my question is if anybody wants to do social service as volunteer, he/she shall not expect a job role and designation?

Yah they are right dear..there is no specific designation can be define bcz its NGO where one can be assigned or do any kind of work and no specialization and we designate someone with specialization. You also know that its not a job but a volunteering job for a noble cause..you doing great but if you are doing your work with your heart you must not consider this designation issue or anything like that…
Please do attach with NGO’s bcz they wanna do something by heart without expectation of anything for the peoples who need us, who seeks our support or any help. Peoples who are doing this jobs for NGO are above to every other individual.
