Hi, There are many companies who do not provide salary slip, in that case you can ask for a salary statement from them on company letterhead and with company seal.

Hello,
I agree with Mr. Somdatta. Just because of this reason, you should not leave your company. Your company is a small company, the practice of salary slip is yet to be eastablished. You can always suggest this point in some common meeting / HR meeting wherein others will also support.

Hello Balraj ,
It is not compulsory to issue payslip , there are many companies which are not issuing any kind of payslips to their employees. As you need payslip you can request your HR department to provide the payslip. If they didn't provide , just find out the reason behind that. Or else you can show your salary statements as a proof..
Think and find out a cool and better solution instead of planning to take legal action (which will not work) on your company.

Hi,
It is always better that not to go for legal action, if you go then company will provide you pay slip and may ask you to go. Bank statement is enough if need salary slip for Loan purpose.

Dear Balraj
In your Offer of employment letter / appointment letter and subsequently in appraisal letter received from your HR Department might have given the details salary and other benefits. Keep the copy in a file and take the print out of Bank statement in which your hand taking salary amount will be available. You can make use of the same for any loan or any other purpose, in case your HR department refused to issue a salary certificate in company letter head. In addition you can use your Form 16 for your support.
