dear seniors, pls let me know about the procedure of submission pf form in death case and what is the documents is required for settle pf claim.

Nominee/legal heir should apply in Form-20 /Form-10-D /Form-5IF.
a.) If the member has not executed any nomination, application should be supported by certificate of family members issued by employer or a legal heir certificate issued by revenue officer.
b.) Death certificate of the member.
c.) Certificate of the employer stating whether the death was while in service of the member or not.

Photo should be joint (Father & Mother) if both are alive and shoud be signed with stamp by the employer on the back side of the photo regards, kamal
