I am Musheer Alam, completed MBA from Annamalai University in 2010. I have been working in BPO as a customer Support Associate. I am getting job a in Kuwait now, but there is a problem is i don't have much experience in HR Profile.
I would request you people to let me know about the MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AS HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER IN ANY ORGANIZATION.
