Lagan shows team commitment and leadership as Apollo 13 achivement
For inspiration you can use October Sky for orientation purpose and
momentum building.
But for change management one movie may not be enough, for a radical
behavioural, attitude and value changing society as adapting to new enviormental changes but maintaining integrity, e.g take 'Rangeela'
is good proposition for different value taking all roles into count. I think it clicks :!:

This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but I think you will not be disappointed if you check it out.
C. W. Metcalfe has produced a 3 part video called "Humour, Risk & Change" which looks at how to deal with change, stress and keep it in perspective. The message is excellent, the presenter is one of the best I have EVER seen, and the video is hilariously funny in some places.
Each segment is 20 minutes long and can be used independantly of the others. There is a clear dot point structure which makes it easier for the facilitator to get some discussion going. Guaranteed, if you use this video your audience will love it. (And I do not have any business connection with the video or CW Metcalfe!)
I've watched it several times, simply for my own entertainment.

I can’t remember the cost, as I have had the video for some years, but I imagine it would be expensive. Mine was a second hand copy from an organisation that no longer required multiple copies.
