Registration Under S&E Act, 1954 (Delhi)

Dear All,
We have 25 employees in our establishment in New Delhi. Is it compulsary to register our establishment under S&E Act, 1954. If it is compulsary, what forms are required to get registration.

Dear Jony
Yes it is compulsory. But in 1990, regiseration under Delhi Shops and Establishment Act was kept in abeyance but all other provisions of the law apply.
