Hi, I have recently joined in HR field and looking for some who can help me in salary calculations i.e. PF,HRA,Medical Allowance etc.

I hope i wud b able to help u out.
Salary breakup:-
Basic-30-40% of CTC
HRA-50% of basic
Conveyance allowance-800 fixed per month
Medical allowance-1250 fixed per month
Executive Allowance-
PF-12% of basic
ESI-1.75% of gross salary
Enter these formulas in excel and start making salary breakups.
