Dear All,
I want to know about the leave provision under the factory act 1948, can be cosider the ph, taken leave during the yers, materinity leave, w.off, under the calculation of current leave. please help me

a person worked in a year 300 days but total days of the year is 365
then how i can calculate the earn leave?
i calculate the earn leave of the any year as his total working days of the any year and /20 am i right or not
example : total working days of the year=300
tota earnd leave earnd by him or her =300/20=15days earnd leave

If your unit is covered under The Factories Act, 1948 & the concerned person have 300 days total attendance in the calendar year then your calculation is correct.
