I don't have salary slip,no appointment letter,but I have joined new company which demands both,what should I do?
I have bank statement copy of my latest salary but it does not include employer's name.
Please help and suggest a alternatives to these two piece of papers.

Hi..
Ask your previous organization to give all these documents...and tell them that about your new company...else you can tell your HR manger of new company to ask about your details by previous company....
may be it will help you..

Your previous organisation can help you out by stating the required statement of company letter head and other than this I hope you must be having I card of the previous compnay.
Or ask them for a experience letter or reliveing cert stating your required details.
I would like to bring to your notice that an employee should never resign from existing company until unless he or she have an offer letter of the new company.
After joining and submitting your required docs within a months time you should get appointment letter, no matter how big or small is the company.
Some company do not give payslips, offer letter in fear of employees escaping or may demand more salary from the present compnay against new company;s offer letter.
