Im working as a Site Engineer i need to prepare a daily report like how many labours, masons, Electricans and plumbers etc have worked on site and what they have worked how much have been completed and what going to do for tommorow. Can anybody help me out in this i will be very thankful.can you provide me format for this

You can chalk our twom format
1. Daily Attendance mention the name of the employee along with Designation
2. Being engineer you must know the Project Mangement
You may have got the various activities to be completed with start and end date for each subactivities
You can list out all the activities to be done to comlete the project and mention the start date and end date against each activity. Put this in excel sheet. also puet 1 -30 nos on the top to write each day work completed
end of the day can write in front of activities adding separate column ( 1- 30 colum as per attendance in separete column
when ever required you can refer the work done sheet to see what the progress of work and attendanace sheet to check who were present to complete the work done on particular day.
I have tried to suggest you this format . You may use if faund useful
