In order to transfer PF accumulations you need not collect the signature of your previous employer. You can fill in form 13 with details of previous PF Account and the present PF account and submit it to the Regional/ Sub Regional Office of the Employees provident Fund Organisation where your previous PF account was maintained through your present employer. Once it is submitted the PF Office will collect the necessary documents like form 3A, form 10 (if not submitted)from your previous employer and transfer the amount.

Dear Samuel,
Just duly filled form 13 and get it signed by your present employer and submitted in to present RPFC ( means in your current employer PF office ). If your date of leaving is in current period i.e. Mar' 10 to Feb' 11 provide the copy of form 3A duly signed by your previous employer...to transfer your PF amount in short time other wise it will take more time to settled the same..
Thanks & Regards
Sunil sharma
