Hello everyone,
I am working with a software development company. If anybody can throw some light on how to conduct exit interview survey. For example when we conduct exit interviews, the employees give their comments and suggestions on how to work on the areas of improvement. sometimes the employees give suggestions which are helpful and we need to consider those suggestions for further improvement of the organization. For this purpose we need to prepare a report which will contain all the constructive suggestions on the basis of priority and on which the company can work on. We use a standard exit interview questionnaire and once the employee fills that up, a face to face interview is conducted by HR. My question is: How to go ahead and prepare the report which would collate all the information and help the company take decision based on the exit interview report?
