Hi Mahesh,
CTC is cost to company.
It is total expenditure company makes for an employees.
It includes direct and indirect cost.
It consist of gross salary, Bonus, Pf contribution and other allowances (Medical allowance, HRA, cell phone and it monthly bill, etc. )
