We want to frame a Welfare fund Policy to employees on contributory basis, which consists one part of employees contribution and another contribution part of employer. Purpose of policy is to aid to whose suffered with chronic illness/disablement.

Even i am working on something similar.I would like to know the companies that have such a fund and how it is managed. As in what are the contributions made and for what purposes it isused. Also, would it be possible to loan employee from this Fund?
