HI,
I want to frame a Leave Procedure for my organisation. At present we are having 18 Privelege Leave and 12 casual leave.
Total 30 days leave in a year is granted to an employee.
I want to know the leave procedure when an employee applies for any of Casual/Privelege leave irrespective of any department.
Thanks & Regards
Radha

1. fill up the leave form
2. get the authoritisation signature
3. approval of leave
the above is in case of casual leave. the leave has to be approved and filled within whatever dates your management defines, this information will be useful to avoid or claim loss of pay.
if it is sick leave, then the person obviously informs you after the commencement of job again. if in case the leave period is long then probably a certificate could be produced but all this wrt your organization policies.
