Hi
Can U give details of the Organization viz. business, Turnover, Employees Strength. Also attached is a template folder on Recruitment & Selection Module of the Manual. In case it is of use I can forward you complete manual. Also mention how much time it is before you need to submit it?

You might be interested in having a look at a government website in South Australia ( <link no longer exists - removed> ).
The link takes you to a page about "Commissioner's Standards" which provides some policy direction on a range of HR matters. The actual standards themselves can be downloaded from the bottom of the page. The site probably won't meet all your needs, but may give some "creative inspiration"!
Good luck!

Hi ajay,
I am srinivas from hyderabad. I work for a MT Company.
I was going through the attachments you sent. Annexure A(salary slip xl). I wish to know if the the various percentages mentioned herewith are standard for all levels of employees. Or are they calculated differently. If so what is the basis of calculation.
Thanks in advance.

Hi There,
The Salary Components are not fixed they vary from industry to industry. The %age is decided keeping in mind various aspects. Viz. CTC, TAx Considerations, Compensation Policies and all.The attachment is salary breakup specific to one of the organization and is not a generalized one.
