Hi,
I have newly joined a Hospital industry. Supposed to release a Notice on following the Dress Code strictly as we are in the service sector and mainly handling patients etc.,
The employees are not allowed to wear Jeans, T-Shirts, Sleveless dress or skirts.
Pls share some formats if you have any and without affecting the sentiments of the employees we need to release the same.
Thanks
Hema

You should write a polite mail to everyone explaining the need for following the dress code.
Discuss with your management and in my opinion, the staff at hospital generally has to wear a uniform and the question of wearing other clothes does not arise.
If you do not have a policy to make the employees wear uniform, it would be better to introduce the uniform so that there is no problem regarding the dress code.
Thanks & Regards,
