Hi Sree,
As Amrutha said, 60-70 days will take to withdraw your PF amount, but transfer we dont know when it will happen, for transfer we need to fill form 13 (Revised) and submit to the PF office through current employer.
To Withdraw:
If you worked with that company more than 6 months then you have to submit form 19 & 10c for your PF withdrawal.
If you worked for less than 6 months then you are not eligible to withdraw your pension amount so you no need to submit the form 10C.
Form 19 - To get your PF amount.
Form 10c- To get your pension amount.
You can submit the above forms with your recent employer or directly you can submit with PF office by getting attested from any government officer.

Thank you , Sree.
