I just want to know that Company has to give Compulsory Leave to Employee??

Hello Bhrugisha,
Yes. You have to.
We haven't yet begun to value worktime like they do in USA. There the employees are only given PERMISSION to cast their vote...then they have to return to work...AND WORK.
But if your employees are from different localities in a large city [where the voting dates could be different from one locality to another], you could first get their residence details and then act....avoids all from taking election leave on the same day too:-)
