Dear Navneet,
At present I am here in Varna city, Bulgaria and my next destination is Dubai so I am not in position to help you in this regard. You may ask your employee in Pune Office to visit to the Commissioner of Labour office to obtain the Government Notification for Minimum Wages. HE has to visit to the Desk of Inspector under Minimum Wages Act or else to the ALC or LC as deemed fit. Then he can Fax or mail to you from your pune office your industry classification for automobile will be mentioned because pune is predominantly region with lot of auto industry and engineering industries..
