Hi seniors,
I am working as Sr Executive HR in service and travel industry. There is an issue in one of my friends company (Hotel industry), one of his employees is working as a Chef and found in the medical exam that he has Hepatitis B. Based on that his job is under threat and he is been working for the same company for 5 years. The management knows about it since he joined the company, but suddenly they wanted to remove him with some compensation.
Request all to clarify me below points:
1) Is this is legally acceptable
2)if yes, please let me know the compensation benifits if one person is removing on medical grounds
3)Is there any policy on Hepatitis B perticularly for Hotel industry
4)How can we suggest and help him in that perticular situation
I thought this should be discussed in the forum and can make use of the same as a case study as this is new experience for me.

They deliver the medicine to my door step with the guard-line that take me just 7 days. My DR told me that there is no cure but with God all things are possible am now free and confirm from my DR who said there is no cure. He was totally surprise. He now recommend his patient to this great specialist HEALTH MED LAB Their email is healthmedlab@gmail.com

I can’t believe this. A great testimony that i must share to all patients of [HBV] in the world. i never believed that their could be any complete cure for HEPATITIS B or any cure for HEPATITIS B,Mr JAmES introduce me to Dr Papa herbal doctor who lives in south Africa who brought him back to life again.so i had to try it too and you can,t believe that in just few weeks i started using the herbal medicine he sent to me i was perfectly OK and . Right now i can tell you that few months now i have not had any symptoms of HBV and i have just went for text last week and the doctor confirmed that there is no trace of any HBV in my body system. Glory be to God for leading me to this genuine Dr Papa I am so happy as i am sharing this testimony. My advice to you all who thinks that their is no cure for HBV that is Not true ,just contact him and get cure from Dr Papa via his email supremetemple@hotmail.com or visit his website on www.supremetemple.com and you will be free and free forever, Try it and you will not regret it because it truly works. One thing i have come to realize is that you never know how true it is until you try...or you can still call +27611734184
