Competency Mapping In A Manufacturing Company - PPT Download

I am working with a manufacturing company. I am presently working on Competency Mapping assignment. Can anyone send me some information which will clearly show how this is done.
I am aware of the basic methodology but I want to see how competency mapping looks after applying them to various position. It will be good help from someone who has directly worked on this assignment.
