Amendment To Maternity Benefits Acts - DOC Download

Hi Friends I have heard that there is an amendment to Maternity benefits act with respect to Adoption leave entitlement. CAn somebody pl throw a light on this? Regards Shilpa

Adoption leave has not be incorporated in Maternity Benefit Act so far. The said leave, is available to government employees only as per the pay commission recommendations and the same are not available to private sector employees.
