Parle (Sathaye) College in Vile Parle (E), Mumbai 400 057 is celebrating its Golden Jubilee this year and the newly formed ASPA (Association of Sathaye and Parle College Alumni ) is actively involved. (website aspa.org.in is under preparation. Do check.)
The year long celebrations begin with a three day programme on Friday June 20 in the presence of dignitaries from various fields, who will also address the gathering. A gala procession/dream run is the event of the morning of 21st June. A get-together and contributory dinner is planned for the evening of 21st. on the college grounds. A cultural programme has been arranged in the evening of Sunday 22nd June at Dinanath Mangeshkar Auditorium, Vile Parle (E).

As part of the above celebrations, there is a suggestion on establishing a career center for current college students and recent passouts. Any ideas on this? Especially for students from the humanities/arts stream and those educated in the vernacular medium?
