Thanks Preeti... But I want to know more details like in case of B1 Visa, how the employees would get the salary...and same goes with L1. Please provide the details if you can. Thanks, -Tina

You will find every information you need about L-1 and B-1 visas here in US IMMIGRATION. This is new blog was quite useful as it is written by a Immigration Specialist.
