Dear All,
I think all HR professionals should read the book " The Monk who sold his Ferrari" by Robin Sharma. Not only is it a great read but is also applicable to most of the HR functions.
I would greatly appreciate if all can put in their view after reading the book.
Regards,

Hi Swastik,
You are right!!
Its Definitely worth reading for all the HR guys. Well the 7 step visualization for life can help and develop anybody. Small Training sessions should be given in our companies based on which we can help our Associates gain some enlightenment thru epic.
I'm on The Greatness Guide of Robin Sharma, these days....
Well lets expect the Movie of the Book soon which help us and our pals gain more and more

Dear all,
This book is not only to be read, but also to be practiced simultaneously.
It was a great experience for me to go through the book and accomodate the 7 ways to my own life. The effectiveness of any training program lies in how far one internalize the principles and put them into practice.
Thanks for the intriduction, Swastic.
regards
