Hi,
I come from an IT industry engaged in mobile outsourced services. I am currently tasked to develop a profit sharing scheme for our employees. I was already given the budget for the bonus pool. I would appreciate if you can share any inputs on how to design a scheme tied to each individual's KRA's and KPI's.

Any performance bonus will have generally 5 elements to address and if you can trace and give weightage to these elements, you can come out with a good bonus scheme
1. Volume/target/quantum of output/turnover
2.Tiemely delivery/
3. Quality of work/rejections/suceess rate
4.Cost of delivery
5.Ethical issues/values/
When I talk about ethical issues, i talk about acquiring business without any le\gal complications.
This could be a starting point
