An manufacturing co has recently outsourced their HR activities to my firm. My boss has asked me to handle this client on my own.
I have experience in S/w industry so I need some help for making the Employee Manual for manufacturing firm.
I have started reading the Labour Law , ESIC and PF for the same.
But it will be really helpful if I can get some guidance for the same.
If any one can send me the format for Employee Manual of Manufacturing Co that would be really great.
