Hi,
I have a question regarding Medical Allownce Reimbursement.
As in my CTC Medical Allownce is 1250 PM.
If i m not submitting any medical bills are this amount company pay to me at the end of financial year or this amount only against the medical bills.

Hi Jitendra,
This Medical Reimbursement of rupees is been added in your gross to save your taxes, as this much amount is completely exempted under taxes...
And yes, you are required to submit the medical bills of the same amount to avail this amount in your account...
As this amount has to be shown as exempted from taxes, so without submitting those bills you won't avail the benefit..
