Regarding your question, you can oganize sports events by dividing all the branches in your organization into seperate groups (I dont knwo if it is already in practice with your organization).

If you think that the above plan don't work, You can follow some other practices. I believe that your company do have a notice board. So, just go ahead and display on the board just before the start of your day work that "the guy that comes in blck trouser today would get some gift" and he/she can collect it from HR block from a concerned person. This will create some interest and enthusiasm for employees before they get on to their work. Find out the inovative ideas like these and get going with them by displaying them everyday on Notice board. I think this will work. Not needed the gift to be costly, a DVD or a Music album will work as a gift.
