Hi,
Pls find the attachment (form 13) for transfer of PF amount. Transfer should be preferred.
You need to fill the form and give it to your present employer who in turn will send the form to the PF Office.
thanx,

if you are worked their for six months means you cant withdraw it whereas you can transfer it from the previous employer for that you have to give Form 13 from the current employer and it has to be forwared to the PF office from their they will send it to your previous organization for verification
later that amount will be transferred to current employer

Hi Raj,
Yes! definitely you can withdraw the PF amt. I suggest you to withdraw PF amt. instead of transfering in present company. For withdraw you need to fillup form - 19 along with SSN form and submit to your previous company for their necessary formalities.
God Bless you!

Dear Members,
Similar a case was happened to one of my friend, he has resigned his previous employer without completing of his notice period, becuase managment was insisting to retain and not relieving him at any cost. But he has his resignation letter accepted by the employer.
So is it possible to withdraw the PF amount if the person direct approach to P.F.office without the consent of previous employer.
