If you want to calculate the training manhours then you have to gone through various formulas -:
Training slots-: 04
training duration-: 3 hours
Total no. of trainees per slot-: 15
Then,
total No. of Trainees = training slots X no. of trainees per slot
= 04 X 15
= 60 Trainees
Total Training manhours= Total NO. of Trainees X Duration of Training
= 60 X 3 Hours
= 180 Manhours
