Respected Seniors and my dear colleagues
I was going through an article on "Future of HR" in one of the journals and just then a thought came into my mind that apart from HR we primarily have three other streams of management,finance Marketing and systems .We don't talk about "future of Financial Management" or "Systems Management" but we always talk about "Future of HR" in the corporate world (I am not talking about only this specific website as this is meant for Hr topics only)
I do not want to put this post as an argument I am just curious to know why is it that so ? :)
In this same post we can also discuss about "the future of HR" and the "emerging trends in HR"

I suppose because this is an HR forum and basically we all try to share things of our interest in HR, that's why we only talk of anything related to HR.
I think u r right to point that we need to discuss the emerging trend in HR as in the fast pace of competition and work, there are so many things which is emerging and we can all share what we know in this forum.

Ours is a HR forum and we share our knowledge and suggestions through this forum.
Discussing problems of other areas (marketing, finance, system) may not be opt, as the problems /complaints may come from a buyer/seller and we may not have full details to give our suggestion or to discuss about that issues.

Dear All,
Corporations are always searching for better ways to produce goods and services. When new technological developments give some organizations a competitive advantage, their rivals try to catch up by adopting and improving on the new technologies. and for this purpose they have to rely on Human resources.
Future of HR is very bright and enlightened. HR still is a growing field and have lots of new dimensions.
You can clearly observe that most of the companies started their HR department now........ Because they feel that without this they can't survive at corporate level.
These are my thoughts about future of HR.....
I reckon the future as bright as Sun.

Infact we are shaping up and consolidating our existence.
Wherease, Finance is existing since the birth of Industrialsation. They are not concerned about future of FInance like whether it will exist or not.
I guess above is one of the reasons.
