HR Policy is nothing but it is a rule or stand of your company on a particular topic.

For example policy on mobile usage will brief about your company's stand whether employees can use the mobile during shift timings or not

HR policies or manual change from company to company. It is a compendium of various policies governing the organisational policies in respect of employees. For example - working hours, holidays, uniforms, leave policies, attendance, training, etc etc. I have over 150 policies which I discuss with HR Departments of organisations over a period of time, customise it for the company for management approval. You cannot use one company's policy for another just like that. This is where experienced consultants like me are available for support. Best wishes
