Retired on 31.7.1995 i.e before EPS 95 was introduced on 15.9.1995 . There is provision under rules 6,7 and 17 for option for pension for persons retiring before 15.9 1995 by returning the Employees Family Pension Fund with interest. I request my pension to be calculated . Relevant particulars are:
Date of Birth 11.4 1938; Date of Joining service in an Organisation (under EPFO) 1.4.1981; Date of Retirement 31.7.1995 ( Voluntary retirement before superannuation on 30.4.1996) ; Length of service 14 years, 4 months; Basic Pay 5,600 + DA 5,284 total 10,884.; Average Pay during previous 12 months 10,884.
