Every organisation and the jobs done within the organisation are diffrent.

There is no one size fits all document that meets your requirements.

You will need to design an Aptitude Test for each and every one of the positions you have and will interview candidates for. If you do not have the skills to do this, you will need to outsource the job to a consultant who can review your organisation and design the appropriate tests.

First thing you should do is decide exactly which jobs need an aptitude test. Not all jobs will require it. Don't make unnecessary and time wasting work for yourself.
