I work in a Private company which deals in providing services to off-shore customers. It is located in SEZ area of Noida.
As per my company requirements, I worked as per my shift hours on 15-August which is a National Holiday, however, my manager has not approved the work and I was not compensated for the work I did.
I have enough evidences to prove my work of that day. What legal options do I have to get paid for the work I did on National Holiday?

Hi,
You must have signed the Attendance Register right ? If so that will be the proof. You may raise a dispute with Labour Officer of your jurisdiction. But please note that employer will also defend their side even by quoting false allegations on you there by employment might also come to an end.
