Hello all,
I worked for a company for 6 months where I got only offer letter and salary was paid to me by cash in hand.I started the job in January and left it in June due to an exam. When I left the job, I resigned with a verbal agreement and there was no need of giving a resignation letter though the offer letter that I got mentions about notice period of 1 month.I also didn't sign any contract during the joining time in the company and was also not provided with a letter of joining.I was also not provided with any kind of experience certificate and salary slip as I got salary in hand. The only document I got was an offer letter that broadly classified all the terms and conditions and payment structure of the company.
Now I got a job by mentioning the work experience of 6months on my CV.But if they ask for documents related to my previous company during document verification. Then what will I do as I don't have any documents except the offer letter?

What do you expect to do?
you have to simply tell the new company the truth that you do not have the documents and the company didn't give you any.
I am also pretty sure yo didn't deposit the money in the bank, so you don't really have any proof that you actually worked for the company. At best your an do is to speak to them and get a letter confirming you worked for them
