Can someone please write a warning notice or letter, address to members of an association. It's about membership fee, to pay for hired lawyer, to fight for the cause of the association as it charges per head. It's the final notice to the members. As such, those members failing to pay the fee will be excluded/removed, and the association will go forward without them.

Hi,
Do you have any such clause in your Association bye laws that members will be removed without any explanation if they default in making the membership fee ?
Whether the association is registered or unregistered ?
Providing a warning notice is very easy but without knowing the background of your association a proper warning notice cannot be provided by us.
Instead of sending warning notice call all the members for a common meeting explain all about the hardship faced by the Association in the absence of membership due by certain members..get a declaration from those defaulters that if they fail to make the payment on or before ______ they agree with any action initiated by association including Association expelling them out of Association. It would be bit tough to get such direct letters but some how convince them either to make the payment or go out to ensure smooth operation of the association.
